In a small saucepan combine sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, sriracha, lime juice & zest.
Heat saucepan to a slow boil to reduce and begin cooking meat in next step.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and brown hamburger and then drain fat.
Add Green onions & celery to drained meat and saute a couple minutes while finishing sauce.
Thicken sauce by stirring in xanthan gum powder and reduce until consistency coats the back of a spoon.
Pour sauce over beef & vegetable mixture. Cover & simmer for 5-10 minutes
Serve with rice and diced cucumbers.
