Glazed Chicken


  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp ground red pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 3/4 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts cut in half
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil


  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Stir together brown sugar, red pepper, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper in a bowl.
  • Pound chicken to an even thickness; rub with spice mixture.
  • Heat oil in an ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Cook chicken 3 minutes per side or until browned.
  • Transfer to oven. Bake 10 minutes or until done.
