Egg Stratta


  • 14 slices white bread, cubed
  • 1/2 lb. Brie Cheese, thickly sliced, rind removed
  • 1 lb. baconĀ  cooked and cut up
  • 7 large eggs
  • 3 cups half-and-half


  1. Layer bread, cheese, and bacon in a 9×13-inch casserole dish.
  2. Beat eggs w/ half-and-half until well blended and pour over. Cover w/ foil and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour covered.
  4. Uncover and brown for 5 minutes.
