- 14 slices white bread, cubed
- 1/2 lb. Brie Cheese, thickly sliced, rind removed
- 1 lb. bacon cooked and cut up
- 7 large eggs
- 3 cups half-and-half
- Layer bread, cheese, and bacon in a 9×13-inch casserole dish.
- Beat eggs w/ half-and-half until well blended and pour over. Cover w/ foil and refrigerate overnight.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour covered.
- Uncover and brown for 5 minutes.
