Cook ground beef, mushrooms, onion and garlic in a nonstick skillet over medium heat, stirring until beef is browned and crumbly.
Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Cook, stirring constantly, 2 minutes.
Stir in broth and Worcestershire sauce; cook, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes or until thickened.
Stir in sour cream; cook 2 minutes. Serve over egg noodles.
