Ground Beef Stroganoff Buttery Egg Noodles

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 4- oz mushrooms sliced
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 3/4 cup beef broth
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 6 oz wide egg noodles
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions
 

Topping Prep

  • Cook ground beef, mushrooms, onion and garlic in a nonstick skillet over medium heat, stirring until beef is browned and crumbly.
  • Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Cook, stirring constantly, 2 minutes.
  • Stir in broth and Worcestershire sauce; cook, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes or until thickened.
  • Stir in sour cream; cook 2 minutes. Serve over egg noodles.

Egg Noodles Prep

  • Cook egg noodles according to package directions; stir in butter.
