Cut pork into 1-inch-thick slices.
Stir together garlic, brown sugar and steak seasoning; rub mixture over pork slices.
Cook pork in hot oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat 2 to 3 minutes per side or until done.
Remove from pan, and keep warm.
Melt butter in skillet; stir in beef broth.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 1 minute, stirring often.
Serve sauce over pork.
