  1. Cut pork into 1-inch-thick slices.
  2. Stir together garlic, brown sugar and steak seasoning; rub mixture over pork slices.
  3. Cook pork in hot oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat 2 to 3 minutes per side or until done.
  4. Remove from pan, and keep warm.
  5. Melt butter in skillet; stir in beef broth.
  6. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 1 minute, stirring often.
  7. Serve sauce over pork.

    I made this and really liked it! The sauce is awesome; I made a little extra just with more beef broth. Served with rice pilaf, broccoli, and apple sauce. 🙂 Thanks for the recipe!
