Pork Medallions in Gravy Sauce

Ingredients
- 3/4 lb pork tenderloin trimmed
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1.5 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 Tbsp Montreal steak seasoning
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup beef broth

Instructions
- Cut pork into 1-inch-thick slices.
- Stir together garlic, brown sugar and steak seasoning; rub mixture over pork slices.
- Cook pork in hot oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat 2 to 3 minutes per side or until done.
- Remove from pan, and keep warm.
- Melt butter in skillet; stir in beef broth.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 1 minute, stirring often.
- Serve sauce over pork.

I made this and really liked it! The sauce is awesome; I made a little extra just with more beef broth. Served with rice pilaf, broccoli, and apple sauce. 🙂 Thanks for the recipe!
