- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp ground red pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 3/4 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts cut in half
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Stir together brown sugar, red pepper, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper in a bowl.
Pound chicken to an even thickness; rub with spice mixture.
Heat oil in an ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook chicken 3 minutes per side or until browned.
Transfer to oven. Bake 10 minutes or until done.
