Ground Beef Stroganoff Buttery Egg Noodles
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 4- oz mushrooms sliced
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 3/4 cup beef broth
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 6 oz wide egg noodles
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
Topping Prep
- Cook ground beef, mushrooms, onion and garlic in a nonstick skillet over medium heat, stirring until beef is browned and crumbly.
- Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Cook, stirring constantly, 2 minutes.
- Stir in broth and Worcestershire sauce; cook, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes or until thickened.
- Stir in sour cream; cook 2 minutes. Serve over egg noodles.
Egg Noodles Prep
- Cook egg noodles according to package directions; stir in butter.
