Butter Tarts
Melt:
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 cup washed currants
- 1/2 cup light white corn syrup
- pinch of salt
Mix and pour into shells – small frozen pastry tarts.
Bake 10 mins @ 425 degrees F.
