- 1 cup of toasted sesame seeds
- 6 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 cup rice vinegar
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp sweet miso
- Toast sesame seeds in a hot skillet, shaking constantly to prevent burning. In a food processor, or a blender, add toasted sesame seeds with all other ingredients. Blend until sauce is smooth. Add water to thin to desired consistency.
* Sweet miso is a MUST and cannot be left out or substituted. Can be found at any oriental market.
