Just before you are ready to eat, mix cabbage, broken up Ramen Noodles, slivered almonds and dressing. Stir well. (It may appear that there is not enough dressing but keep stirring until the entire salad is coated with the dressing, a few minutes.) Serve immediately.
Note: The Ramen Noodles become soggy after awhile so do not mix everything together until just before you are ready to eat. However, do mix the dressing up ahead of time to give the ingredients time to blend.
