Korean Sesame Wings

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup cornstarch
  • garlic salt
  • Chicken wings
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1 cup sugar
  • sesame oil to taste
  • ¼ cup toasted sesame seeds
  • green onions (optional )

Directions

  1. Sprinkle chicken wings with garlic salt.
  2. Combine flour and cornstarch in a gallon Ziploc and toss chicken to coat.
  3. Place in fridge for a few hours.
  4. Fry chicken and drain on paper towels.
  5. While hot, dip in the following mixture.
    • 1 cup soy sauce
    • 1 cup sugar
    • sesame oil to taste
    • ¼ cup toasted sesame seeds
    • green onions (optional )
