Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup cornstarch
- garlic salt
- Chicken wings
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup sugar
- sesame oil to taste
- ¼ cup toasted sesame seeds
- green onions (optional )
Directions
- Sprinkle chicken wings with garlic salt.
- Combine flour and cornstarch in a gallon Ziploc and toss chicken to coat.
- Place in fridge for a few hours.
- Fry chicken and drain on paper towels.
- While hot, dip in the following mixture.
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup sugar
- sesame oil to taste
- ¼ cup toasted sesame seeds
- green onions (optional )
