- 2 – 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 – 8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon scallions, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon green bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon pimento, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- chopped pecans
- Mix all in food processor or mixer.
- Chill in fridge about 2 hours.
- Roll in nuts.
- Serve with crackers.
