Cheese Ball

Ingredients

  • 2 – 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 – 8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon scallions, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon green bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon pimento, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • chopped pecans

Ingredients

  1. Mix all in food processor or mixer.
  2. Chill in fridge about 2 hours.
  3. Roll in nuts.
  4. Serve with crackers.
