Hot Fudge Sauce for Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1 small can evaporated milk
- 2 cups sugar
Directions
- Melt butter
- Add cocoa and stir till dissolved
- Add evaporated milk
- Add sugar
- Bring to boil over medium high heat and boil for 4 minutes, stirring fairly constantly

This is awesome. I love how it hardens into a chewy treat when it touches the cold ice cream.

I’ve adjusted my recipe a little to make it a little smoother and less “grainy” by adding some corn syrup at the end, can’t remember how much I added, maybe about 1/2 cup.
