Carrots with Garlic & Basil

Ingredients

  • 10 carrots, cut into coin-shaped pieces
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1tsp basil
  • 1tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients into saucepan.
  2. Add a small amount of water.
  3. Cook for 25 minutes on medium heat, covered. May need to uncover if water doesn’t cook off.
