Lemon Bars
Crust
Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 3/4 cup melted margarine
Directions
- Combine & pat into a 9×13 inch pan greased on sides only.
- Press mixture on bottom and up side of pan, about 1/2 to 1 inch.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes
Filling
Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 Tbsp flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 5 Tbsp lemon juice
- pinch of salt
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 3 Tbsp heavy cream
Directions
- Mix filling ingredients together and pour into baked crust. Return to oven and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes
- While warm sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Makes 45 servings
